Product Description:
The condensate water recovery device is designed to cater to the
different needs of users, and can be either steam-driven or
electric-driven, based on specific user requirements. Once
recovered, the condensate water can be directly returned to the
boiler or directed to a location designated by the user.
The device mainly comprises of several components including a
dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank,
cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip
liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating
valve, blowdown valve, control panel and others.
The steam condensate water first enters the tank via a steam trap,
where steam and water are separated as per requirements. As soon as
the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level in the tank, it
sends a high-level signal to the control panel. This, in turn,
enables the condensate water recovery pump.
The high-temperature condensate water and a small quantity of
secondary steam are carried through the cavitation elimination
device and filter via the pump and channeled into the water tank or
the exact location specifically assigned by the customer. This
completes the procedure of recovering steam condensate water.
In case the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the
tank, it sends a low-level signal to the control panel, which then
immediately turns off the condensate water recovery pump.
Additionally, the recovery device functions in a fully automatic
control mode, with dual pumps available in backup mode, and
automatically switches between the two. Starting the device is an
easy process that requires only the power to be turned on.
